Overview

  • Support global trading strategies by bridging front office and operational teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement workflows, dashboards, and tools for monitoring trading activities.
  • Collaborate with trading desks, technology, and operations teams to enhance data quality.
  • Participate in projects supporting new investment strategies and asset classes.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and knowledge continuity within the middle office.
  • Act as a key link in managing cross-functional communication effectively.
  • Enhance operational workflows to support evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate post-trade operations across diverse asset classes and strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for trading desk inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Design and implement operational processes and controls for efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to provide operational insights and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges.
  • Contribute to expanding middle office capabilities to support new strategies.
  • Ensure operational knowledge continuity and risk mitigation across processes.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and operational reliability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, or a related field is required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial operations or trade support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle operations and related processes.
  • Proficiency with financial software such as Bloomberg, IHSMarkit, or Capital IQ.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to design dashboards and analytics for operational monitoring.
  • Experience managing front office inquiries and resolving operational issues.
  • Comfort with tools and technologies used in middle/back-office environments.
