Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the engagement lead, managing multi-workstream delivery and acting as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Develop cohesive strategies encompassing governance, operating models, and conceptual architecture guidance.
- Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and executive-level interactions to ensure project success.
- Direct teams on methodology, analysis, and deliverable structure to maintain high-quality standards.
- Validate findings and synthesize insights to translate complex issues into actionable recommendations.
- Guide target-state operating model development, aligning roles, workflows, and architecture.
- Manage risks, scope, escalations, and mentor team members for future-phase strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with 9–12+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in consulting, data strategy, private markets, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data strategy, governance, domain modeling, and architecture alignment.
- Advanced understanding of private markets operations and investment lifecycle data flows.
- Familiarity with modern cloud-native data platforms to guide architectural direction.
- Demonstrated success in coaching consulting teams and ensuring delivery quality.
