Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee tax compliance processes and management company financial activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with preference for 15 years.
  • Expertise in fund accounting, NAV calculations, and tax compliance processes.
  • Experience in private credit and structured financial products is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional financial practices and regulatory standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
  • Experience in a Wall Street office environment is a plus.
