Overview
- Lead the Senior Behavioral Health Unit, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence through strategic planning and leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and family adjustment processes within the Behavioral Health department.
- Lead and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Provide education, maintenance, and competence assessment for staff regarding clinical practices and patient care.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to staff for their professional development.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with leadership experience preferred.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW) required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage departmental operations effectively.
- Proficiency in healthcare software systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office platforms.
