Overview

  • Lead the daily operations of a growing orthopedic outpatient clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
  • Supervise and support clinical, administrative, and support staff to promote teamwork and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership on clinic productivity and expenses.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction and engagement through process improvements and patient-centered initiatives.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare partners to support coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Foster a positive clinic culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Support community outreach and growth initiatives to increase clinic volume and service utilization.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers to maintain efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff to promote teamwork and exceptional service.
  • Develop and maintain clinic policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
  • Monitor clinic budgets and financial performance, providing updates to leadership.
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and provide coaching to staff.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction through process improvements and engagement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians and administrative staff to streamline operations.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of operations experience in outpatient practice, preferably orthopedic.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred for effective communication.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive clinic culture.
  • Capability to implement patient-centered initiatives and process improvements.
