Overview

  • Lead surgical services operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee staffing, budget planning, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care surgical services leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and engage teams.
