- Supervise and support clinical, administrative, and support staff to promote teamwork and exceptional customer service.

- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership on clinic productivity and expenses.

- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare partners to support coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 2 years of operations experience in outpatient practice, preferably orthopedic.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred for effective communication.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and positive clinic culture.
