Job Description

Overview

  • Provide front desk support, answering calls and directing inquiries professionally.
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules using Outlook and Teams software.
  • Maintain conference rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for meetings.
  • Manage package logging for FedEx and UPS deliveries.
  • Oversee café area, including coffee maker maintenance.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed for smooth office operations.
  • Contribute to a professional and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Welcome clients and visitors, providing assistance as required.
  • Schedule and manage conference room bookings efficiently.
  • Log and organize incoming packages using internal systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of reception and meeting areas.
  • Assist in setting up meetings using Outlook and Teams software.
  • Ensure café area supplies are stocked and equipment is operational.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional services environment.
