Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead project teams in conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration.
  • Develop and present design proposals that align with client expectations and project constraints.
  • Specify furniture and materials, preparing comprehensive RFPs for procurement.
  • Utilize advanced modeling and visualization tools to enhance design communication.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering skill development and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainable design standards and certifications.
  • Engage clients throughout the design process, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of design challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in workplace interiors, with a preference for 12 years.
  • Proficiency in Revit and advanced 3D modeling and visualization software.
  • Professional licensure or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
  • Commitment to engaging in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Preferred certifications in sustainable design, such as LEED or WELL.
  • Passion for innovative design and excellent color sense.
