  • Collaborate with C-suite executives and manage a high-performing TA team.

  • Utilize advanced ATS platforms for efficient recruitment operations.
  • Provide strategic insights and market education to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Set recruitment goals and manage budgets effectively.
  • Optimize ATS configurations and recruitment workflows.
  • Coach and develop recruitment managers and team members.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Negotiate offers and manage counteroffer situations.
  • Enhance the company’s talent brand and candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to scale recruitment operations during rapid growth phases.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical recruitment expertise.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or robotics industries preferred.
