Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success.
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis, ensuring fiscal responsibility.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules to uphold operational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive construction management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial, institutional, or industrial projects successfully.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills to drive team and project success.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
