Job Description

Overview

  • Drive the execution of commercial tenant improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, fostering alignment and mutual understanding.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support project success and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead project planning sessions to establish clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate resources, manage schedules, and oversee construction activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial project management; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
  • Ability to analyze project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and detailed reporting.
