Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care for patients with complex musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions.

- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Utilize electronic medical records for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Provide oversight and guidance for infusion-based therapies, ensuring safe and effective administration.

- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations, upholding high standards of care.

Job Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies is required.
- Active NP or PA licensure in Oregon or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Preferred experience in Rheumatology or related specialty practice areas.
- Proficiency in managing musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Familiarity with infusion-based biologics and immunosuppressive therapies is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient-centered care.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems; knowledge of iKnowMed is a plus.
