Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in preconstruction or related roles; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in preconstruction methodologies, tools, and project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
