Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives effectively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address challenges and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual agreements.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing industrial, manufacturing, and educational construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build processes and in-house fabrication capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and dynamic office environment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and project management tools.
