Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing industrial, manufacturing, and educational construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of design-build processes and in-house fabrication capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and dynamic office environment.
