Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to a dynamic payroll team within a leading organization, ensuring accurate compensation processing and compliance.
  • Support domestic and international payroll operations, including journal entries and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to provide accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Assist in audits, compliance checks, and ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Engage in tenant communications and manage receivables effectively.
  • Prepare quarterly data for tax provision calculations and international forecasts.
  • Provide backup support for payroll processes during team member absences.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with property tax and tenant financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Record compensation-related journal entries for domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
  • Prepare variance analyses and detailed commentary for compensation accounts.
  • Assist in audits including workers' compensation, benefits, payroll, and SOX compliance.
  • Compile compensation and benefit forecasts for international entities.
  • Engage with tenants to manage receivables and financial communications.
  • Collaborate on property tax delinquencies and tenant financial organization.
  • Support senior payroll accountant during absences, ensuring process continuity.
  • Provide quarterly data for tax calculations and compliance reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • Up to 3 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing payroll operations and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across departments effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
  • Experience with compliance audits and tenant financial management.
