Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects for aviation hangars and distribution centers, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies for aviation infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Manage on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations in aviation infrastructure projects.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to the development of a nationwide network of private aviation facilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction activities for heavy PEMB, industrial, and warehousing projects.
  • Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate logistics for travel positions, including lodging and transportation allowances.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in heavy PEMB, industrial, and aviation infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and manage logistics for travel positions.
