Job Requirements
- Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of OPWDD regulations and person-centered planning requirements.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and care management platforms.
- Ability to analyze data trends and implement strategies for clinical improvement.
- Familiarity with HIPAA standards and confidentiality requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address complex medical cases.
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Nursing or a related field.
