Job Description

Overview

  • Support quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality systems and processes.
  • Assist in the review and documentation of quality-related procedures and protocols.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of internal audits and inspections.
  • Provide support in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance purposes.
  • Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and quality objectives.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct quality checks and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
  • Support the creation and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adhere to organizational policies.
