Overview

• Provide nursing coverage across multiple agency locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide nursing coverage across multiple agency sites based on staffing needs.
• Assess site requirements quickly and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with site leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver patient care while adapting to different workflows and populations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
• Support agency-wide initiatives and projects during non-coverage periods.
• Proactively seek clarification and guidance when needed.
• Travel between agency sites in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens as required.

Job Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, 3 years preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable traveling between agency sites in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.
• Experience in community health, outpatient, or behavioral health settings preferred.
