Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols across all project sites.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless execution.
• Manage resources effectively to optimize project efficiency.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all construction deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in healthcare, municipal, and data center projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ESOP and familiarity with industry benefits is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
