  • Support hiring needs across various departments, from entry-level to executive positions.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract top-tier talent.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring objectives.
  • Source candidates through various platforms, professional networks, and innovative digital tools.
  • Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and background checks to identify qualified candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines for a range of roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in Workday and other recruitment systems.
  • Provide guidance on compensation discussions and effective closing techniques.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events and professional gatherings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Workday and LinkedIn RPS; experience with AI tools is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of structured interviewing techniques and employment regulations.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with diverse role complexities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience recruiting in regulatory, legal, or tax spaces is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time for recruitment events.
