- Proficiency in Workday and LinkedIn RPS; experience with AI tools is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of structured interviewing techniques and employment regulations.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with diverse role complexities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
