Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage surgical services operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

  • Collaborate with physicians and administrative leaders to expand service lines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in surgical services leadership; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience with advanced surgical technologies, including robotics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage teams.
