Overview
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using advanced CAD tools for high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing processes.
- Execute structured tests to evaluate mechanical and functional performance of components and systems.
- Analyze test data and present findings to drive engineering improvements.
- Assist in prototype fabrication using rapid manufacturing methods such as 3D printing and CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop mechanical designs considering performance, manufacturability, and assembly efficiency.
- Fabricate prototype components using advanced manufacturing techniques.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop UAV drone and docking system hardware.
- Plan and execute tests to evaluate mechanical and environmental performance.
- Document and analyze test data, providing actionable recommendations.
- Support assembly operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Fusion 360.
- Experience with fabrication methods such as 3D printing and machining.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with physical prototypes.
- Knowledge of structured testing and data analysis processes.
- Preferred experience with UAVs, drones, or autonomous systems.
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Exposure to aerospace, robotics, or hardware-focused product development environments.
