Overview

  • Support recruitment efforts for manufacturing and engineering roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Focus on skilled labor openings such as welders and direct hourly labor positions.
  • Engage in branding and recruitment events like job fairs and campus recruiting.
  • Provide exceptional candidate and customer service experiences throughout the recruitment process.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and pivot focus based on organizational needs.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for manufacturing and engineering roles.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
