Overview

  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with teams to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication during organizational shifts.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead workforce planning initiatives, identifying gaps and implementing strategies to address organizational needs.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and diversity objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, providing support and solutions to enhance workplace harmony and productivity.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans to foster employee growth and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute change management strategies effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ability to work on-site and commit to a 6-month contract duration.
