Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
- Proven expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all organizational levels.
