Job Description

Overview

  • Join a dynamic operations team focused on optimizing processes and mitigating risks in asset management.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, ensuring seamless onboarding and account management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of asset classes and AQR products to provide informed client support.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new RIAs and accounts within Flex SMA strategies.
  • Oversee daily contribution, withdrawal, and transfer processes for managed accounts.
  • Coordinate with business development and legal teams to ensure document completion.
  • Collaborate with portfolio implementation teams to facilitate portfolio optimization.
  • Investigate and resolve operational inquiries spanning the firm's infrastructure.
  • Work with engineering teams to enhance systems and improve workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and create scalable workflows for operational alignment.
  • Drive and track project initiatives to support organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, focusing on client services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in project management is preferred.
  • Passion for client service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
