- Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during planning phases to ensure project success and operational consistency.
- Mentor and lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and operational teams to foster professional growth and team development.
- Engage in business development efforts to strengthen client relationships and support strategic growth initiatives within the Ohio market.
- Maintain strong communication with ownership groups, design teams, and subcontractor partners to ensure project alignment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience overseeing large-scale projects such as mission-critical, federal, industrial, healthcare, aviation, or complex commercial developments.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing multiple projects and operational teams simultaneously.
- Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
