Overview
- Support and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with company goals.
- Manage marketing initiatives including events, print and digital collateral, social media, website content, and email campaigns.
- Develop and maintain project workflows, timelines, deliverables, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate tradeshow and event participation, including logistics, creative materials, and on-site support.
- Monitor trends and benchmarks to ensure alignment between social media and broader marketing activities.
- Build dashboards and reporting structures for performance measurement and optimization.
- Evaluate success of marketing initiatives through metrics, surveys, ROI, and recommendations for future improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage end-to-end workflows, timelines, and budgets for marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with goals.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and market leaders to develop and update marketing materials and campaigns.
- Lead creative concepting, oversee reviews and approvals, and coordinate production details for marketing collateral.
- Develop and execute social media and email strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics, creative materials, vendor relations, staffing, and on-site support.
- Monitor website search performance and track KPIs for web and social channels to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Facilitate project meetings, evaluate unplanned requests, and recommend process improvements for marketing operations.
- Evaluate marketing success through metrics, surveys, ROI analysis, and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, with 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in project management and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong communication, editing, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in tradeshow and event coordination, including logistics and vendor relations.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of social media and email marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with website content management and search performance monitoring.
