Overview

  • Lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site inspections and implement quality control measures to uphold standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to onsite teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
