Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients, adhering to established protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and perform necessary interventions.
  • Educate families on neonatal care practices and provide emotional support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of hire.
  • Minimum six months of experience in Women and Infants nursing or fellowship completion.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and innovative clinical environment.
  • Preferred certifications include STABLE and advanced neonatal care credentials.
