Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and minimum three years of experience in patient care delivery.
- Registered Nurse License (Oregon) and Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with or without direct reports.
- Cath Lab experience (cardiac catheterization laboratory) is essential for this role.
- Preferred certifications include Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and ANCC certification in a related practice area.
- Proficiency in patient safety, nursing principles, and emergency preparedness.
- Strong knowledge of business process improvement, compliance management, and healthcare quality standards.
