Multifamily Superintendent

Overview

• Oversee multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute construction plans effectively.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders and management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in construction management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead multifamily and mixed-use construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and oversee construction activities directly.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
