Job Description

Overview

  • Support credit operations by managing asset servicing, security master maintenance, and investment activity monitoring.
  • Collaborate with custodian banks, trustees, and prime brokers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with asset management teams, borrowers, and outsourced service providers for operational alignment.
  • Perform cash and position reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Assist in audit confirmation processes and contribute to yearly financial reviews.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide backup support for wire transfers, trade settlements, and fund activities.
  • Work in a dynamic hybrid environment combining remote and on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain security master data and review credit agreements for compliance.
  • Monitor and book investment activities, ensuring accurate wire processing and expense allocation.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions to ensure operational integrity.
  • Interact with financial institutions and service providers to streamline processes.
  • Support audit processes by preparing confirmations and documentation.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving operational workflows and system efficiency.
  • Provide operational support for fund activities, including wire transfers and trade settlements.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • 3-6 years of experience in financial services, including asset management or banking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Wall Street Office software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of private credit operations and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
