Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Nursing or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory or emergency settings.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and certifications including BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse.
- Proficiency in clinical procedures such as venipuncture and medication administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to utilize electronic health records and basic computer applications effectively.
- Commitment to professional development and adherence to healthcare standards and policies.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
