Overview
- The Estimator will play a key role in project planning and cost estimation for diverse construction projects.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine requirements and scope.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate budgets.
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals for cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to align with changes.
- Utilize estimation software and tools to streamline the costing process.
- Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure all cost estimation activities adhere to organizational policies and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as Bluebeam or ProEst.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for accurate cost analysis.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with project teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to present cost reports and interact with stakeholders.
