Overview

  • Assist in managing ground-up light industrial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement strategies for successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support the preparation and management of project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project phases.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all project sites.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
