Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

- Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of industrial, retail, and corporate finish-out construction.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate cost assessments.
