Overview

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to achieve revenue growth and market expansion for the client organization.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful reports on business development activities to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development; 8 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with occasional on-site presence required.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve organizational objectives successfully.
