Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Marketing Department by managing and enhancing the firm's experience database and knowledge management platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for client development initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide data entry and maintenance support across the Business Development team.
  • Contribute to rankings submissions and knowledge management resources maintenance.
  • Support additional marketing technology and operations initiatives, including CRM systems and analytics.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain and update the firm's experience database, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Prepare and validate data for migration, resolving quality issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Business Development professionals to create customized experience lists for marketing materials.
  • Process rankings submissions by extracting relevant experience descriptions.
  • Support email marketing, CRM systems, and website content management initiatives.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support for marketing technology projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in database management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
