Overview
- Support the Marketing Department by managing and enhancing the firm's experience database and knowledge management platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for client development initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and improving data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Provide data entry and maintenance support across the Business Development team.
- Contribute to rankings submissions and knowledge management resources maintenance.
- Support additional marketing technology and operations initiatives, including CRM systems and analytics.
- Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and update the firm's experience database, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Prepare and validate data for migration, resolving quality issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Business Development professionals to create customized experience lists for marketing materials.
- Process rankings submissions by extracting relevant experience descriptions.
- Support email marketing, CRM systems, and website content management initiatives.
- Provide analytical and reporting support for marketing technology projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent education and experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in database management or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
