- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accessibility and organization of legal documents.
- Conduct research for case preparation and executive briefings, compiling relevant information accurately.
- Oversee billing matters, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery of final bills.
- Utilize firm software and tools for document production, case management, and virtual collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments, handling inquiries and relaying messages.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role within legal or corporate environments.
- Proficiency in legal software, document production tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
