Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with 10 years preferred.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software tools is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project delivery methods.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client expectations effectively.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables efficiently.
