Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required for this role.
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification is mandatory for consideration.
- Minimum of 5 years of inpatient coding experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
- Proficiency with encoder and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary for success.
