Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as an Assistant Vice President within the Implementation Specialists team, leading client integrations and managing platform experiences.
  • Independently handle small to medium client integrations and assist senior leads on complex projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless platform implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Translate client business needs into platform configurations and enhancements.
  • Contribute to operational efficiencies and proactively drive platform improvements.
  • Document procedures and workflows, creating playbooks and client collateral.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to address gaps and implement new features.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and support client integrations, including project management, discovery, and platform setup.
  • Establish and manage detailed project plans, ensuring risk mitigation and stakeholder accountability.
  • Configure platforms based on client requirements and oversee testing and rollout.
  • Maximize client platform utilization through strategic management and support.
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance operational processes.
  • Document workflows and processes, aiding in the creation of client-facing materials.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Operations teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in project management, client software implementations, or operations within financial services/fintech.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Familiarity with software-based financial solutions and data integrations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with effective stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of wealth management and private banking processes is advantageous.
  • Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
