Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling services tailored to patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare personnel to address social and emotional factors impacting health.
  • Prepare comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and reports for patient care.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clear goals and objectives for short and long-term treatment.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Social Work degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in New York State as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with experience in diverse populations.
  • Ability to supervise interns and attend required supervisor courses.
  • Healthcare experience preferred, with fluency in Spanish as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and professional standards in social services.
