Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, is essential.
- Prior experience with visitor and office space reservation tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, personable demeanor.
