Overview

- Participate in all stages of product development, from concept to deployment and testing.

- Support field evaluations, customer demonstrations, and design reviews to ensure product success.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps and R&D initiatives enhancing platform capabilities.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design packages, test plans, and assembly instructions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the development of mechanical systems, mechanisms, and subsystems for UxS and CUxS platforms.
- Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and refine engineering solutions.
- Drive rapid prototyping cycles, including simulation, testing, and design refinement.
- Troubleshoot design challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions meeting operational needs.
- Support production, integration, and fielded systems with engineering expertise.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development stages.
- Participate in customer demonstrations, field testing, and design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience required.
- 3–5 years of experience designing mechanical systems in robotics, aerospace, or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks and Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with prototype development, system integration, and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for dynamic operating environments.
- Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into engineering solutions.
- Eligibility for top security clearance is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and field testing.
