Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of private equity fund accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and investor communications.
  • Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and controls.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in private equity fund accounting; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience at a director level or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of private equity structures, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools relevant to private equity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage virtual teams.
