Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in fund accounting; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex financial issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and leadership.
