Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of HR leadership experience in high-impact, fast-paced organizations with best-in-class HR practices.
  • Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership to drive strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale HR functions internationally, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships across all levels.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
